Material Coordinator/Handler

Bosco Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support our Construction Department for an active project located in the City of Capitola, California.

Position Summary
The Material Handler will support project operations by receiving, organizing, transporting, and distributing construction materials at the job site and in office/field settings as needed. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and the capacity to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, move, and organize construction materials and supplies
Deliver materials to designated areas on the job site
Assist with inventory tracking and material documentation
Support field personnel by ensuring materials are available as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with both field-based and limited office-related tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions while exercising independent thinking
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Reliable transportation to and from the project site
Ability to work full-time for the duration of the project
Additional Preferences
Priority consideration will be given to qualified Section 3 workers
Preference for applicants who are recipients of Section 8 housing assistance or other government housing assistance

Compensation/Benefits/Schedule

$22.00 per hour

5 days paid PTO/Sick pay

Monday through Friday/7:30am – 3:30 pm
