Bosco Construction Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support our Construction Department for an active project located in the City of Capitola, California.

Position Summary
The Assistant Coordinator will assist the Project Coordinator with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and support activities in both office and field environments. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and the capacity to think independently while working collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Coordinator with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting
Communicate effectively with project staff and field personnel
Assist with both office-based and on-site field activities
Help maintain organization and workflow throughout the project lifecycle
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions while exercising independent thinking
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Reliable transportation to and from the project site
Availability to work full-time for the duration of the project
Additional Preferences
Priority consideration will be given to qualified Section 3 workers
Preference for applicants who are recipients of Section 8 housing assistance or other government housing assistance
