If you are an adult, follow the steps below to receive services.

Step 1

To begin the WIOA application process, watch the WIOA Orientation Video. This informational video explains eligibility and expectations and provides a brief overview of the program.

Step 2

After you watch the video and believe you are eligible, visit the CalJOBS website to create your free account. Click on the “Sign In / Register” button near the top right corner of the home page, scroll down to “Option 3 – Create a User Account,” select the “Individual Registration” button, and answer the questions to set up your account.

Step 3

You must be registered on the CalJOBS website in order to complete the pre-application. After creating your new CalJOBS account, select your dashboard, click on the menu in the top left corner and look under “Services for Individuals.” Click on “Eligibility Explorer,” which is the Pre-Application for WIOA. Fill out and complete the Pre-Application.

Step 4

After you have completed the Pre-Application, send an email to info@workforcescc.com to inform them of the completion of your online Pre-Application. It is very important that you send this email to continue the process. You should NOT include your Pre-Application in the email. The Intake and Eligibility Specialist will be able to access your Pre-Application online.

Step 5

Someone will be in contact with you about how to continue. For any additional information regarding the status of your eligibility, please contact the Eligibility and Intake Specialist at 831-763-8388.

Step 6

Once you have submitted all eligibility documents and have been deemed eligible, your application will be processed and assigned to an Employment Specialist who will then contact you to begin the enrollment process.

If you are a youth, follow the steps below to receive services.
