Workforce Development Provides Priority of Services for Veterans and their Spouse:
Workforce development services are provided through a partnership including Employment Development Department WIA and the Workforce Investment Board (WIB).
To request services at your local Career Center you must complete the pre-application. Remember to bring the following:
You can complete the pre-application there or mail it in, instructions will be provided at each Career Center.
Once the completed application is processed you will be scheduled for the next intake appointment. Veterans are not required to attend the monthly WIA Orientation, but you may consider attending to learn valuable information.
