Our Mission

Workforce Santa Cruz County Mission

KeyThe Workforce Santa Cruz County system is a network that links public and private partners to strengthen the community by assisting individuals and businesses in reaching their full economic potential. This is accomplished through the collaborative integration of employment, training, education, and economic development services for job seekers, students, workers and employers.

Community Partners

To accomplish this mission the Workforce Santa Cruz County Career Center system has formed an extensive partnership of local publicly funded employment and training resources. To see a list of "Community Partners", visit the link below.

Career Centers

There are three Career Centers in the Workforce Santa Cruz County system. The Career Centers are available to the entire community -- businesses, job seekers, youth, and the general public -- at no charge. They are one-stop shops for an array of services for employers, employees, job seekers and providers of educational and career counseling services. The Career Centers offer universal access to core employment services, and referrals directly to jobs, training, education or other employment services. Businesses are able to access a variety of services specifically designed to increase their competitiveness and to grow their bottom line.
