Workforce Santa Cruz County Mission
The Workforce Santa Cruz County system is a network that links public and private partners to strengthen the community by assisting individuals and businesses in reaching their full economic potential. This is accomplished through the collaborative integration of employment, training, education, and economic development services for job seekers, students, workers and employers.

Career Centers
There are three Career Centers in the Workforce Santa Cruz County system. The Career Centers are available to the entire community -- businesses, job seekers, youth, and the general public -- at no charge. They are one-stop shops for an array of services for employers, employees, job seekers and providers of educational and career counseling services. The Career Centers offer universal access to core employment services, and referrals directly to jobs, training, education or other employment services. Businesses are able to access a variety of services specifically designed to increase their competitiveness and to grow their bottom line.
